Basketball League
The young men who play in our league love the game. Here Basketball is how many people prove themselves and find a sense of worth. Jeff Hunt, Cedrick Jones, and Norman Smith work together to keep the games fair and more importantly to make sure that Jesus is represented in the game.
Before they play ball the men study the Scriptures and pray. Jeff Hunt, a graduate of Gordon-Conwell and a local chaplain leads the team of Bible study leaders . It is great to see the young men looking into the Word of God. This is probably the only place these men will be directed to think about God. Now when the study is over the game is on.
